Lowering Calories Correctly
Controlling calories is a fantastic way to lose fat, but we've got to do it correctly to get the benefits. Lowering calories too much only counteracts fat loss and lowering them too soon and too fast is a horrible strategy. In order to use calorie controlled diets in the right way we have to know how many calories we need to maintain all bodily functions, let's say that number is 1800 calories a day. Now, we lower that amount by 200 calories.
But, we don't keep ourselves at 1600 calories every day! No. What we do is we move that number up and down to keep the body guessing. So, one day will be 1800, one day will be 1300,
